The Arc is a unique concept that allows you to run your own business without having to commit to high start-up costs, train staff, and commit to traditional storefront hours. You will have the sense of community with like-minded artists to cross-promote each other, but your time, brand and money is yours. You have the ability to personalize your space to fit your brand. At the ARC, you are not limited by traditional pricing, hours, or products as you are the decision maker.

Starting a traditional storefront business can be challenging and expensive. The cost of construction and amenities alone can get pricey. At The ARC, we make it easy and inexpensive to start as our remainder of our spaces range from $395-$595 a week with 6 weeks FREE, so you have the ability to move right in and start making profit right away which is unheard of when opening a traditional business. Most businesses do not see profit within the first 1-3 years of opening. We require the first 2 weeks and the last 4 weeks of the membership (as a security deposit). We include some expensive elements of running a business such as cabinetry, electrical, water, WiFi, laundry services, virtual concierge, a furnished lobby for your guests to sit and wait for you, men/women/handicapped and family bathrooms, a full break room with fridge, coffee machine, and microwave, and much more!

We provide one year (at a discounted rate) or month-to-month (full weekly price) leases.

If you commit to a yearly lease, we require for you to finish out your lease and then it's month to month. We require one month's notice for month to month leases.

Yes you sure can for a one-time $99.00 fee to get extra access keys/parking space.

The use of our laundry machines are included with your membership, but it is first come, first serve.

We provide park passes for our members to park in our lot. Your clients can enjoy the free parking in our lot, as well as 3 hour free parking located in front of our building.

You joined a community of like-minded artists that can brainstorm ideas and get creative. Unlike most suite spaces, our amazing on-site manager, Logan is there M-F for any help, questions, or concerns.

We have a staff to handle plumbing or handy man needs, as well as cleaning services that are there M-F to clean common areas and to remove trash from our communal trash room.
